Bramble Cottage is the middle cottage that forms part of our longhouse and sleeps 2 adults. Originally a barn attached to the main house, it was converted many years ago. Newly re-opened in May 2021, it has undergone a major refurbishment, although the thick, uneven walls remain, we feel it's all part of Brambles wonderfully quirky charm!

This Cottage is full of our unique touches, and as you will find throughout all of our accommodation we have upcycled and repurposed materials wherever possible. Set over 2 floors this topsy turvy space is perfect for a romantic getaway.

Sleeping 2 adults in a 'floating' king size bed. The bedroom & the spacious living room are on the first floor with a door leading out to a private, fully enclosed garden complete with it's own wood fired hot tub.

On the ground floor the front door opens in to the entrance hall with a place for your coats and shoes and a seating area.

There is also a luxurious bathroom, with twin river rock stone sinks & a 4 jet shower.

Also downstairs is the kitchen and dining area. With a full size oven & hob the kitchen is fully equipped for your holiday cooking, and also boasts a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and microwave.

• One well behaved dog welcome at no extra charge. If your dog likes to sleep on the bed we do ask that you bring your own duvet cover & pillowcases to cover our white bedding. Our dog friendly policy can be found at the bottom of every webpage.

• Wood Fired Hot Tub (Prepared for your arrival & ready for you to heat)

• Off road parking for one car a few steps away from the front door in our gated driveway.

• Bed linen, bathroom towels & wood for the hot tub are included in the price of your stay.

• Wooden floors & stairs throughout.

• Externally controlled gas central heating during colder months. Radiators with thermostats in each room and a heated towel rail in the bathroom. Boost button to use if needed. Heating can be easily changed to suit your requirements if necessary.

• Raised gravel garden accessed up 3 steps from living area on the first floor.

• Fully enclosed garden with 6ft high fencing & stock fencing behind the low wall.

• Bramble Cottage, the porch & car parking area are strictly NO SMOKING OR VAPING. If you wish to smoke please do so in the garden well away from the property/door & windows. Please ask for an ashtray to dispose of your ends responsibly.
